Roy Wayne Foreman, Sr.

A funeral service for Roy Wayne Foreman, Sr., 74, of Alto will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 10 AM in the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Chapel in Alto with Bro. Paul Gates officiating. A visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home in Alto. 

Roy Wayne Foreman, (74), of Alto, Texas, passed away on May 5, 2026 in Alto, Texas. 

He was born in Rusk, Texas to Dorman Roy and Mary Louise Foreman on January 27, 1952. He went to school at Rusk. He worked as a right of way supervisor for Cherokee County Electric Co-Op for 47 years. He was a member of First Apostolic Church of Dialville, he enjoyed teaching and making sure his family knew about our Lord. Roy had a few hobbies: camping, hunting, riding his trike motorcycle, Logging and helping with the sawmill and building new projects, and he was always around to lend a helping hand and knowledge, usually Roy could be found at the shop spending time with his son, and enjoying spoiling his great grand kids by giving them peppermint’s every time he drives up. 

Roy Wayne is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Louise Foreman. His brothers Edward ( Eddie ) and Frank Foreman, sister Mary Blackmon. Daughters Katrina Ranee and Dana Foreman and Lydia Wallace and Granddaughter Katrina Louise Foreman. The mother of his children, Darla Foreman. 

Roy Wayne is survived by Roy Wayne Foreman Jr. and Amber Matheny, Robin and Michael Ross, Starla and Patrick Goodwin. Brother JL and Marie Foreman. Grandchildren Stormy Stevenson and Marcus Revels, Savannah and Todd Owens, Tabitha and Dustin Gastin, Stacie and Criag Meek, Wendy Wallace, Ashley and Mason Grubbs, Billy Wallace, Roy Wayne Foreman III and Betsy Rios, David and Halley Plata, Madison Foreman, Krystal Garcia and Matthew Plata. Great Grandkids- Genesis and Emma Foreman, Olivia, Averie, Harper and Riley Meek, Amara Stevenson and Mason Revels, Cayden Hayes and Brentley Mote, McKenzie and Noah Owens. Step Grandson Brody Hicks and Grandmother Virginia Collins. And many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Roy Foreman III, David Plata, Matthew Plata, Nicholas ( Nickel ) Foreman,  Aubrey Sturrock, Shane Callaway, Tim Beathard, Timmy Goff, and Mickey Gates
