Robbie Louise (Penney) Rogers

A funeral will be held Tuesday July 1st, 2025 at the Dickie Allen Funeral Home chapel in Cushing, Tx at 11am. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services also at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral services at Lyles-Sanders Cemetery.

Robbie Louise Rogers, 84, of Cushing passed away June 27th, 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas. She was born July 1st, 1940 in Cushing, Texas to Clarence and Nora Hartless Penney. She lived most of her life in Cushing having spend some years in the Houston area. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting.

Robbie is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Sonny and Chicken, sisters Junell, Shirley, and Glenda, as well as a granddaughter Robin Sandefur.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law James and Tammie Rogers; daughters and sons-in-law Phyllis and Ed Beinhorn, Shelia and Marty Hadlow, and Kathy and Sonny Edington, as well as 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
