Rita Sue (Sitton) Mora

Rita (Sitton) Mora was born in Cushing, TX on December 17, 1937 to Foster V Sitton and Macyl (Wood) Sitton. She graduated in 1955 from Cushing High School where she made lifelong friends. She later attended Massey Business School in Nacogdoches, where she met her husband Clarence Mora.

She was deeply loved and admired by all of those who knew her and she will be forever missed.

She is survived by 2 daughters Lisa Mora Williams and Kelly Mora spouse John Metteauer. She was "NANNY" to 4 grandchildren JT Williams and spouse Crystal, Hayley Williams, Candace Coelho and spouse Jason Clayburn and Ariel Coelho, 6 great grandchildren Anthony Martinez, Reese, Charlie and Violet Becker, Curtis Dowell and Penelope Garcia.

She was blessed with cousins, nieces and nephews who stood by her with unwavering love. Their friendship, laughter, and helping hands brought her comfort and joy throughout her life, especially in her later years. The family is deeply grateful for the care and companionship they shared with her.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 3rd , 2026 at 1 p.m- Funeral service following at 2 p.m. at Dickie Allen Funeral Home in Cushing, TX. Interment will follow services at Cushing City Cemetery.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents, Foster "Red" Sitton and Macyl (Wood) Sitton, husband Clarence Mora and son in law Jerry L Williams Jr.

Pallbearers are Tommy Byrd, Mike Rusk, Brandon Sargent, JT Williams, Rex Linam, and Roger Thornton
