Richard Lynn Smith

Richard Lynn Smith, 77, of Fredericksburg, Texas, formerly of Nat, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Richard is under the care of Dickie Allen Funeral Home, in Cushing, Texas. 

Richard was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Pamela Smith, his parents, P.A. and Carmen Smith, his sister and brother-in-law, Flora Lanell and Jim Lardy, and brother Bobby Smith. 

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Janna and Matthew Stotz, grandchildren August Stotz and Winifred Stotz, and sister-in-law, June Smith. 

A Graveside Service for Richard will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., at Nat Cemetery in Nat, Texas.  Visitation will be on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 4-6 P.M., at Dickie Allen Funeral Home in Cushing, Texas. 

In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to a Vocational Program at your local public high school.
