Randall Scott Perry

       Memorial services for Randall Scott “Scotty” Perry, 52, of Chandler, will be held at the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Chapel in Alto at 1 PM, Friday, March 28. Scotty passed away February 21, 2025 in Chandler, Texas.  He was born December 4, 1972 in Dallas, Texas to Jimmy Glenn Perry and Elizabeth Ann Tobias Perry. Scotty had lived most of his life in the Dallas area and in East Texas. Scotty was a “song and dance man’ who loved singing and playing guitar. He had worked as a salesman, most recently at a Harley Davidson shop. He was preceded in death by his parents a brother Terry Lee Perry and a sister-in-law Donna Perry. Scotty is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law Cecil & Glennia Shivers, Billy & Robin Shivers, David Perry and Johnny & Sherry Perry as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He will have a private burial in the Old Palestine Cemetery in Alto.
