Marylee Knight

Marylee Knight, 77, of Beckville, passed away on December 14th, 2022 in Cushing.

Visitation will be 5:00PM on Monday the 19th at Dickie Allen Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held 11:00am Tuesday the 20th at Fenton Cemetery with Rev. Sally Couvillion officiating. Pallbearers will be Rawhide Randall, Devan Randall, Jerry Brown, Josh Leggett, Michael Cole, Carl Smith, and Sam Laurent. Honorary Pallbears will be Ronnie LaGrone, Bill Farmer, and Kevin Jones.

Marylee was born in Marshall to Allene Watson and Jake Crawford on April 28th 1945. She went to school at Beckville ISD.  She married Thomas Earl Knight of Beckville. Marylee attended SFA for Journalism for a couple years.  She worked for several years for the state of Texas as well as Panola County, with being a dispatcher and being a part of the rural addressing office. She loved tending to her many many flower gardens, studying family trees, and talking about anything history related.

Marylee is preceded in death by husband Thomas Earl Knight, mother Allene Crawford, and father Jake Crawford. 

Marylee is survived by sons Brian Knight and Lee and his wife Sandi Knight. Grandchildren Breanna Knight, Eric Knight, Ashley Knight, Jacob Knight, Andrew Knight, and Joseph Knight. Great Grandchildren Jaxon Sherrod.
