Linda Sue (Smelley) Ramos

A memorial service For Linda Sue Ramos, 78, of Nacogdoches, Texas will be held Saturday October 18th, 2025 at 12pm at New Life Christian Fellowship Church in Nacogdoches, Tx. Mrs. Ramos passed away Sunday October 12th in Nacogdoches, Texas. She was a lifelong resident of Nacogdoches. She was one of 6 children born to Jewel and Lolan Smelley on July 28th, 1947 in Nacogdoches, Texas. She was married to Tommy Ramos for 61 years on October 11th, 2025. She enjoyed country rides with her husband. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She especially loved trips to Galveston and Jefferson. She loved Elvis and was excited to see Graceland for the second time with her family in 2016. She loved watching her soaps and game shows. She was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship Church. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and after a lengthy hospital stay was ready to go to her eternal home. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, and 1 great grandson. She is survived by her husband Tommy Ramos, daughters and sons-in-law Barbara and Ron Mackey, Angelia and Darrell Jackson, and Carolyn and Jeff Bailey, grandchildren Devan Connell and wife Katie, Dr. Presley Mackey, Madison Jackson, Brandon Bailey, Destiny Bogue and husband Jordan, Derika Garrett and husband Michael, and great grandchildren Kye Connell, Kace Connell, Hudson Bogue, Bishop Bailey and Stella Bailey.
