May 31, 2023 @ 10:13am, Larry's angels came to escort him to heaven to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He will be welcomed by those who proceeded from death to eternal life; as we say farewell. He will be sorely missed, but leaves a godly legacy behind. The hope and promise of Christ that we WILL meet again. We will rejoice in that fact.
To be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord.
He left on earth his wife of 62 years, Ida Pearl Bullock, 3 children: Daughter Pam Vega and husband Martin, Son Zane Bullock and Wife Angie, Daughter Traci Bullock and Scott Babcock. 6 grandchildren: Megan Diaz and Rafael Hernandez, Peyton Parsons and Husband Ricky, Elisabeth Furrer and Christopher Ruiz, Jarred Furrer and Angel Nudd, Madilyn Bullock, and Adyn Bullock. 5 great grandchildren: Abbigail Darden, Xavier Ponce, Adrian Ponce, Thalia Hernandez, and Bronx Hernandez. 2 brothers Roger Bullock and Phil Bullock and numerous nieces and nephews.
He everlasting love his wife for life, and his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. His love didn't stop there as he loved his extended family, friend's, and the church. He was a praying man and active in the church, along with his wife Ida.
He was a pioneer of ideas, creative and artistic, particularly wood working. His innate ability in memory recall was beyond most people's.
He was a story- teller and loved to teach. Others came first and he never met a stranger! He was prepared, reliable, and willing.
His love for animals and great outdoors overflowed to his children and his children's children. He was kind, peaceful, and gentle by nature. He loved John Deer Green. He and Ida spent many years farming fresh vegetables, raising chickens, Labrador retrievers, and lastly longhorns. He could make a mean breakfast! He loved to purchase cutting- edge, "As seen on TV," items for his wife Ida Pearl.
He was safe to hold on to and could melt your troubles away. He was a man of men, a leader, peacemaker, and a man of valor. Serving in the US army and stationed at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
Graveside inurnment service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 10:00 am at Old
Palestine Cemetery, Alto, Tx. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Old Palestine Cemetery.
As a snowflake is to a fingerprint, Larry made his footprint here on earth passing through. God says, "Well done my son, for am pleased."
