Funeral services for Joey Lee Elwood Rocka, Sr., 83, of Douglass, will be 10:00 am Wednesday, January 20, 2021. Joey Lee Elwood Rocka, Sr., passed away at his home in Douglass, Texas January 16, 2021. He was born February 20, 1937 to Cluster Lee and Mary Francis Rocka in Chester, Texas. He was known for his skilled work with sheet metal and sought after for building "hot houses." He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Helen Rocka, his sons, Joseph Rocka of Bana and Joey Rocka, Jr. of Lufkin; daughters Cindy and husband Kenneth Weaver of Spurger, Wonda Reyner of Trinity; step daughters, Charlene Ford of Milton, Florida, Veronica and husband Richard Andrews of Beaumont, and Nicia Wilson. Serving as pallbearers are Vincente Suarez, Kenneth Weaver, Jr., Marcus Sheffield, Travis Crawford, Robert Ford and Kelly Rocka. Pastor Ramsey will be officiating services.
