Jamie René Roush

Jamie Roush, 39 of Rusk Texas, passed away on December 30, 2024 in Rusk, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, January 10, 2025 at First Baptist Church, Rusk Texas.  Pastor Brian Givens of First Baptist Church, Rusk and Pastor Steve Smith of First Baptist Church Hebron, Carrollton, Texas will officiate.  
Family and friends are invited to a brief visitation one hour prior to services at the church.  Burial will follow at Old Palestine Cemetery in Alto, Texas.  Arrangements are made by O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home in Alto, Texas.

Jamie Roush was born at home in The Colony, Texas to David and Rebecca Roush on October 28, 1985. She graduated from The Colony High School and attended Angelina 
College on a Drill Team Scholarship.  She worked as a phlebotomist for several years.

Jamie is preceded in death by Gene and Helen Roush; paternal grandparents, and Robert and Erna Lowry, maternal grandparents.  She is survived by her beautiful daughters, Kyra, Kylie, and Kory Roush. Her parents; David and Rebecca Roush. Sister, Jessica Deaso; Brother and Sister-in-law, Croy and Julie Roush; Brother, Cole Roush and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Pallbearers will be Croy Roush, Cole Roush, Steve Lowry, Jackie Click, Troy Bryant, and Kelvin Pope.

Memorials may be given to Prosperity Bank for her children.  The family of Jamie Roush wishes to extend our sincere thanks to family and friends for their prayer and gifts.
