Isaac "Ike" Cochran

Isaac “Ike” Cochran, 78 of Cushing, Texas, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in Jacksonville, Texas.  Isaac is under the care of Dickie Allen Funeral Home in Cushing, Texas.

 A Memorial Service for Ike will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 3:00 P.M., at the First Apostolic Church of Dialville, in Rusk, Texas, with Brother Paul Gates Officiating.  Military Honors will be presented by The United States Navy.

Isaac was born in Centerville, Iowa to Isaac and Emma (Minard) Cochran on March 30, 1946.  He went to High School in Ottumwa, Iowa.  He married Kay L. Allison on December 6, 1963, in Chula Vista, California.  He served in the United States Navy from 1963-1969 After his military service, he worked as a manufacturer for the John Deere Company for 23 years. 

Ike is preceded in death by his brother, Butch Reese

Ike is survived by his wife, Kay L. Cochran (Allison); son, Doug Cochran; daughter, Sarah Provost and husband Jim; sister Maimi Parker and Jerry Parker; Tammy Frase; grandchildren, Michael Provost, Josh Provost and wife Yadira, Greyson Cochran, and Ashlyn Cochran.
