Glen Ray Cox, 67, of Cushing passed away Monday in Tyler, Texas. Glen was born March 3, 1954 to Ray Thelmedge and Margie Lee in Andrew, Texas. Glen moved to Cushing in 1985 and remained here until his death. He adored his "little girls" - his chickens - and the fresh eggs they produced. Glen also liked watching the RCA circuit especially the bull riding championship. He was a fisherman did it all from catching, cutting, and cleaning them. Glen was a biker. He rode his motorcycle all over the United States embracing the different regions, climates, and roads. Above all he spent his time caring for his mother. He felt helping her was his honored duty, which he did for many years. He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law Tommy Kenneth Allen, Jr. He is survived by his mother Margie Lee Cox of Cushing, brother Terry Lee Cox of Ecuador, twin sister Glenda Allen of Cushing, and Becky Lawson of Garrison. His loss will be felt by all that knew and loved him.
