Graveside services for Donald Ray Hartman will be 11:00 am Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at McKnight Cemetery in Cushing, Texas. Donald Ray Hartman, 72, of Nacogdoches, Texas Passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital in Nacogdoches, Texas.  Donald was born August 16, 1949 to Cornelius "CO" Hartman and Dorothy Louise Oliver in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He moved to Houston and then to Nacogdoches, Texas where he resided for forty-five years. He grew up Baptist who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working in his yard. Donald would often have the grandchildren over to help him with "keeping up his yard."  He was an active member for years in a "CB Radio club." He worked as a "yard-dog" for Texas Farms Products. Donald was a good dad that loved his family. He was hands on with his grandchildren and very family oriented. Donald's grandchildren affectionately referred to him as "Paw Paw" and "Pee Paw." He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Paul Hartman. Donald is survived by his wife Rhonda Hartman of Nacogdoches, sons Donald Ray Hartman and wife Monica of Humble, Texas, Gary Wayne Vaughan and wife Angie of Conroe, Texas, Kevin Ray Hartman and wife Tanya of Nacogdoches, Texas and Timothy Brandon Hartman of Nacogdoches, Texas and sister Stephanie Hartman of Humble, Texas; and, brothers Ronald Hartman and wife Perlita of the Philippines, William and wife Darlene of Cleveland, Texas and Kenneth Wayne Hartman and wife Carla of Nacogdoches, Texas, grandchildren Syndee, Gabrielle, Jeremiah, Nathan, Michael, Sarah, Maricella, DJ, Abigail, Carter, Cole, and an incoming baby, and great grandson Brantley.
