Services for Corey Wayne Gilhooly will be 2:00 pm Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Dickie Allen Funeral Home in Cushing, Texas. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm one hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday. Corey Wayne Gilhooly passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at his home in Webster, Texas. Corey was born March 14, 1993 to Kevin Gilhooly and Donna Younger Gilhooly in Houston, Texas. Corey was a quiet, sensitive, good-hearted boy. He kept his own counsel and preferred to stay to himself. Corey was a typical "90's kid" who enjoyed spending time playing video games. As a child, he loved to play soccer. Corey also loved animals especially his dog "buddy." He is preceded in death by is father Kevin Gilhooley and grandfather Clifford Gilhooly. He is survived by his mother Donna Barnhart and step father Rodney of Dayton, Texas, sister Alexis Gilhooly of Beaumont, Texas, step brother Adam Barnhart and wife Jessica of Dayton, Texas, step sister Amberly Dalton and husband Jeff of Laporte, Texas, and grandparents Don and Jane Younger of Houston, Texas.

Pastor David Snelson of Landmark Baptist Churh of Cushing will be officiating.
