Allen & Son funeral home chapel with Bro. Greg Megill officiating. Mr. Day died Monday in Tyler. He was born October 31, 1932 in Forest, Tx to Frank and Mary Emaline Oliver Day. He was a member of 1st United Methodist Church of Katy. He is preceded in death by his Son Gary Day. He is survived by his Wife Charlotte Day of Alto, Tx; Son Terry Day of Texarkana, Tx; Brother Lloyd Day of Alto, Tx; Sisters and Brother-in-law Vergie and Leornard Bennett of Grapeland, Tx and Margie Milburn of Beaumont, Tx; Grandchildren Kevin Day, Lindsay Day, Brianna Day, and Codi Day; and Great Grandchildren Ayden Meza and Braylon Day.
