Funeral services for Thelma Fletcher, 81, formerly of Alto will be Monday, August 23,at 10 AM, at the Sterling-White Funeral Home in Highlands, Texas. There will be a visitation from 9-10 AM also at the funeral home right before the service. A full obit will be available soon on their website. Burial will be at 1:00 PM in the Houston National Veterans Cemetery beside her husband J.B. Fletcher.
