Cushing- Graveside services for Stephen Hulen Burk, Jr., of Henderson and formerly of Dallas, will be Tuesday August 15th, at 11am at Rock Springs church, visitation will be one hour prior to services also at the church. Mr. Burk died Saturday in Grapeland. He was born November 25th, 1956 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Stephen Hulen Sr. and Laverne "Mutt" Sitton Burk. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Burk was a graduate of Cushing high school, he worked in auto collision repair for over 40 years in both Nacogdoches and the DFW area and he was a resident of Nacogdoches County for forty years. He loved hunting, yardwork, and was an avid NASCAR fan. In his early years he enjoyed cattle and farming. Family was very important to him. He was a very loving, kind, and generous family man. He cherished the fact that his daughter looked just like him. He was a Christian and loved rock and roll music. He is survived by his Daughter and Son-in-law Stephanie and Austin Reed of Largo, Florida; Son and Daughter-in-law Jeremy and Rhona Joseph of Venice, Florida; Sisters and Brothers-in-law Amy and Sammy Payne of Henderson, Texas; Suzy and J.W. Long of Longview, Texas; Grandchildren Kylee, Kinlee, Karlee, and Aiden Reed and Jordon, Jaiden, and Juliette Joseph, 1 Niece and 3 Nephews
