Graveside funeral  services for Rickey M. Sanders, 63, of Douglass will be Saturday, January 8, in the Stonewall Cemetery in Douglass at 11 AM. Rickey passed away,  Saturday, January 1st in Douglass. He was born February 16, 1958 in Houston, Texas to Robert Sanders and Hazel Whitaker Sanders. Rickey had lived in Houston for about 33 years and spent the last 30 years in Douglass. He attended the County Line Baptist Church. Rickey was preceded in death by his mother Hazel Sanders and brother Darryl Sanders. He is survived by sister Connie Edwards and husband Cedric of Nacogdoches, brothers Scotty Sanders and Stevenson Sanders of Houston, nephews Dewayne Sanders and Germain Sanders and niece Anetra Sanders. No visitation is scheduled.
