Cushing- Funeral services for Phyllis Ann Johnson, 45, of Garrison, Texas will be Friday April 21st at 10am at the Dickie Allen funeral home chapel. Visitation will be Thursday April 20th from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Miss Johnson passed away on April 17, 2017. She was born on October 6, 1971 to Truman H Johnson and Janice Faye Tubbe Reed. She is survived by her three daughters, Brandy Tess Santillain(Havier) of Denton, Texas, Tahnee Lynne Bryant of Missouri, and Taylor Cheyenne Bryant of Washington, one grandchild, Nikolai Dale Santillain. She is also survived by her father, Truman H Johnson of Garrison, Texas, mother Janice Faye Reed of Katy, Texas, brother William Leonard Johnson of Garrison, Texas, and her sweet companion, friend and fiancé Ronald Troy Zeismer, three nephews Aaron Sterling Taylor, Cade Johnson, Preston Johnson and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family.
