Funeral services for Phillip Gale Rater, 88, of Cushing, Texas will be Sunday November 24th, at 2pm at the Dickie Allen funeral home chapel with Rev. David Snelson Officiating. Visitation will be Saturday November 23rd, from 6-8pm also at the funeral home. Interment will be at Cushing City Cemetery following the chapel service. Mr. Rater was born May 17th, 1931 in Rensselaer Indiana. He died November 21st, 2019 in Nacogdoches, Texas. He is survived by his Wife: Peggy Rater – Cushing, Texas; Son and Daughter-in-law: Bill and Brenda Beck – Cushing, Texas; Daughter and Son-in-law Melody and Rusty Harrison – Garrison, Texas; Grandchildren: Kristey, Monnie, Anna, and Jacob; 11 Great Grandchildren; Numerous Nieces and Nephews. He is preceded in death by Parents, Brothers and Sisters
