A memorial service for Peggy Sue Selman Hudnall, 75, of Alto will be held Saturday February 10th at 11am at the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Norman officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11am before the service on Saturday. Mrs. Hudnall met Jesus and joined her husband of 32 years Harold and step-sons Clay and Mark on the Banks of Jordan Wednesday, February 7th in Alto, Texas. She was born July 1st, 1942 in Alto Texas to William Howard Selman and Gladys Boatman Selman. She is also preceded in death by her parents.
She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Peggy had a strong relationship with Jesus. She never looked at how big her storm might be but always praised him in the storm. She was a member of Trail to Christ Cowboy Church in Jacksonville, Texas. She retired from East Texas Medical Center.
She is survived by Son Joseph Bays and wife Crystal of Nacogdoches, Daughter Alison Bays of Alto, Step Daughter Marcia Parker of Paris, Texas, Daughter in law Nancy Hudnall, Brother and Sister-in-law Wayne and Candy Selman of Lufkin, Texas; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law Ernest and Martha Hudnall of Hudson Chapel, Tx; Grandchildren Abbey Bays, Alex Bays, Kyle McCarthy, Ryan McCarthy, Brandon Hudnall, Chelsea May, Duston Hudnall, Jill Hudnall, and Cody Hudnall; Great Grandchildren Macie Hudnall, Camdon Hudnall, Brilee Hudnall, Blake May, Jake Creamer, and Carson Creamer; and numerous Nieces and Nephews, friends and other family.
Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Tolbert, Billy Mike Cornelius, Jim Bice, Bobby Reese, Gene Havard, John Kent Holman, Brandon Tolbert, and Johnny Fisher.
