Mary Margaret Willingham Gaddis, 89, of Cushing, Texas passed away early Tuesday morning, March 15, 2022. Mary was born on October 6, 1932 in Tuscumbia, Alabama to Charles P. Willingham and Sara Lousie Willingham. She moved to Cushing in 1985 with her husband Roy D. Gaddis and lived there until her passing. She was the consummate homemaker. Mary cared for and raised 6 children. Mary enjoyed cooking for family especially on the holidays. Thanksgiving was the most favorite of all. She continued cooking until she could no longer stand up anymore. Mary was family oriented and enjoyed spenting time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was considered understanding, tolerant, kind and a loving woman. She will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy D. Gaddis, her seven siblings, daughter Susan Dale Cairy, son Dal Stephen Gaddis, and grandchildren Kelly and Angie. She is survived by her sons Jerry Gaddis of Cushing and Michael Cairy and wife Tammie Rogers Cairy of Cushing, TX, daughters Linda Darlene Simmons of Cushing, TX and Patricia Sustaita also of Cushing, TX, grandchildren Corey, Tammy, Ami, Valerie, Jordy, Jimmy, Meghan, Mikey, Carli, Abigial, David, and Arron. Mary is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, neices and nephews.
