Marcus Kirby Sparks, 46, left his time here on earth August 25, 2019.  He brought joy to the lives he was around and will be greatly missed.  Marcus loved adventure and never met a stranger.  His smile and sense of humor could light up a room.  He brought joy to the lives he was around .   He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Kirby and Edith Sparks and Nicholas and Nell Sahadi; uncles, Kenneth Sparks and Nicholas Sahadi Jr; and stepmother, Sally Sparks.

Marcus is survived by his son, Dalton Sparks; daughter, Hannah Horne; father, Roy Glenn Sparks; mother, Glenda Ann Sparks; brothers, Adam Sparks and wife Melissa, Brandon Sparks and wife Amanda, Chris Price; sister, Amie Price; aunts, Patricia Creekmore, Cindy Watkins, Deanna Howell; uncles Larry Sparks and wife Beth, Lloyd Sparks, Donald Walker, Kevin Parsons; as well as nieces, a nephew and numerous cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on 2p.m. Saturday, August 31, 2019, at First United Methodist Church in Nacogdoches.
