Lyndall Jerry Milstead, aka "L.J. Lefty", 90, of Mt. Enterprise, Texas, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at his residence in Mt. Enterprise. Arrangements are under the care of Dickie Allen Funeral Home in Cushing.  A full obituary will be posted when it is made available. 

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held for "Lefty" on August 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., at the Smyrna Baptist Church, located at the intersection of FM 2496 and CR 3156 Oak Flat, Rusk County Texas, with Brother Charles Williams Officiating. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Smyrna Baptist Church.
