A graveside service for Kathleen Morris McKnight, 81, of Cushing will be Monday August 19th, 2024 at 10:30am at McKnight Cemetery in Cushing. A short visitation will be held at Dickie Allen Funeral Home from 9am until just before service time. Bro. Wayne Thompson of Sovereign Grace Baptist Church of Rusk Tx, officiating. Arrangements are by Dickie Allen Funeral Home. Kathy was born in Mt Enterprise Tx to Rev. Ennis and Sybil Morris on December 2nd, 1942. She enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, crafting, and above all else she loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by husband of 47 years, Doil Wayne McKnight, daughter Holly Diann Bates, and her parents. Kathy is survived by her daughter Beverly McKnight of Royse City, Tx, Grandson Kory Wayne Turner and April of Garland Tx, Granddaughter Kaitlyn Diann Kuykendall and BJ of Pittsburg, Tx, Brothers Charles Ennis Morris and Elise of Nacogdoches and Dennis Ray Morris and Yvonne of Rusk Tx; Great-Grandchildren Hannah Turner, Emmalyn Wisinger and Graclyn Wisinger and numerous other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Kory Turner, BJ Wisinger, Robert McBride, Ross Gettys, Clay Fuller, and Hunter Gross
