Tyler - Funeral services for Johnny Dale Womack, 69, of Tyler will be Sunday April 29th, at 3pm at the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home in Alto. Burial will follow at Weches Cemetery. A visitation will be held Sunday from 2 PM until service time at the funeral home in Alto. Mr. Womack died Thursday, April 26th, in Tyler. He was born May 4, 1948 in Jacksonville, Texas to John H. and Winnie Louise Maloney Womack who preceded him in death. Johnny grew up in Palestine and had lived in Tyler for the last 30 years. He had worked for Borden as an independent distributor and later as sales manager. Mr. Womack graduated from Palestine High School in 1966 and was Baptist. He loved drag racing and dirt car racing as a young man. Survivors include daughter Felicia Cotton (Scott) of Cayuga, son Wally Womack (Jessica) of Nacogdoches, brothers Jackie Womack (Jo Ann) of Palestine and John Womack Jr. of New Summerfield, grandchildren Justice Cotton, Jayci Cotton, Bailee Womack and Hudson Womack. Pallbearers will be Scott Cotton, Justice Cotton, Shannon Webb, David Kelley, Billy Covington and Jason Crysup.
