A public viewing and visitation hour for James "Bo" Wilkerson, 74, of Cushing will be held at the Dickie Allen funeral chapel Saturday March 18th, from 4-7pm. The family asks that in lieu of flowers for the visitation, flowers or donations can be made to the Cushing Church of Christ Church.

James "Bo" Phillip Wilkerson died Wednesday March 15th, 2023 in Nacogdoches, Texas. He was born May 2nd, 1948 in Baytown, Texas to Autry and Ruby Jean Birdwell Wilkerson. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marg Wilkerson, and sister Karren Jones. Bo was a lifetime resident of Cushing. He also served in the US Navy and was Honorably discharged after serving from October 18th, 1966 to October 2nd, 1970

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Vance and Melissa Wilkerson of Lufkin, Tx, and John and Rosario Wilkerson of Lago Vista, Tx; sister and brother-in-law Joan and Dickie Gresham of Cushing; grandchildren James "Bear Wilkerson and Samantha Wilkerson; as well as several nieces and nephews and friends.
