Hosey Lamb - Funeral services for Hosey Lamb, 61, of Angleton will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 15th, 2016 at the Weeping Mary Baptist Church with Rev. officiating. Mr. Lamb passed away Friday, October 7th, 2016, in Houston, Texas. He was born February 2nd, 1955 in Alto to Joe Lamb and Pearlie Brown Lamb. Hosey grew up in Alto and graduated from Alto High School. He had lived in Angleton for many years and worked for TDC as a correctional officer. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was Baptist. Hosey was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Henry Ervin, Bernice Ervin and Sam Guy, and by sister Dorothy Taylor. He is survived by wife Rose Lamb, son Brian Lamb (Kimberly), daughters Tanja Samuels (Michael), Rachelle Lamb, Tiffany Lamb and Anna Alvaro, brothers Ralph Lamb (Sarah), J.D. Lamb (Kim) and Mosey Lamb (Selena) and sister Hazel Lamb-Whitten. Hosey had 10 grandchildren. There will be a visitation Saturday morning before the service at the church from 9-10:30 am.
