Funeral services for Granvil Dale Reed, 75, of Douglass will be Saturday May 4th, at 10am at the Dickie Allen funeral home chapel. Visitation will be Friday May 3rd, from 5-7pm also at the funeral home. Interment will be at McKnight Cemetery in Cushing. Mr. Reed was born April 20th, 1944 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Troy James and Gladys Faye Bass Reed. He died Wednesday May 1stin Cushing, Texas. Mr. Reed is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Francie Franklin Reed of Cushing, Texas; sons and daughters-in-law Waymond and Michelle Reed of Allen, Texas, Troy Reed of Nacogdoches, Texas, Jeffery and Susy Teel of McKinney, Texas; daughters and son-in-law Shelley and Robert Romeo of Plano, Texas, and Julie Teel of Claremore, Oklahoma; brother Jimmy Reed of Douglass, Texas; grandchildren Killian, Ryder, Trinity, Megan, Shelby, Whitney, Matt, Bradley, Logan, Landon, Evan, and Douglass; as well as four great grandsons and two great granddaughters.
