Gary Wayne Trapp, 58, of Alto passed away Thursday, April 7, in Alto. He was born April 10, 1963 in Barstow, California to Charles S. Trapp and Christy Lynn Roby Trapp. Gary had lived in Alto for about 48 years and was Baptist. He was a machinist at Lufkin Industries and enjoyed playing guitar, riding motorcycles and playing with his grandkids. Gary was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Steve Trapp and John Trapp. He is survived by wife Claudia Trapp of Alto, sons and daughter-in-law Justin Trapp and Daniel Trapp (Ashley Urban) and grandsons Waylon Trapp and Gunnar Trapp. There will be a memorial service for Gary at O.T. Allen & Son Chapel, Wednesday, April 13, at 6 PM with Bro. Grant Hanes officiating. The family will receive visitors from 5 PM until service time.
