A funeral service for Franklin Don Carver, 86, of Wells, Tx will be Thursday May 21st, 2026 at 3pm at the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Wes Matchett officiating. Interment will follow at Arnold Cemetery in Forest. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service.

Mr. Carver passed away May 17th, 2026 in Tyler, Tx. He was born October 6th, 1939 in Corsicana, Texas to Frank and Deenie Blackwell Carver. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother James and sisters Jerelyn and Diane.

He is survived by his wife Scharla Carver; son and daughter-in-law Donnie and Kim Carver and son Mike Carver and Amanda; grandchildren Lacey Gonzales and husband Matt, Ben Carver and wife Haley, Laurie and husband Logan, Jay Carver, and Madelyn Carver; great grandchildren Korleigh, Matthew, Sawyer, Wrenley, Saylor, and Jack; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ben Carver, Jay Carver, Logan Smith, Matt Gonzales, Keith Hodges, and Joe Hodges.
