Debra Jan Elsner, 59, of San Antonio, Texas passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 in Nacogdoches, Texas. Debra Jan was born October 9, 1962 to Bobby Schobey and Janeace Channel Schobey in Rusk, Texas. She graduated from Highland High School in San Antonio. Debra was known as hard worker who enjoyed serving others. She married her husband, Patrick Elsner, and they raised their children together. Debra worked at the Walmart jewelry and deli departments and as a cashier for her the better part of her life. She was known as "amazing" and "best friends" among her children. While living in Cushing, her house would be the spot for friends of her children to hang out and eat. She was known as the "cool mom" in those circles. Debra was also a friend to animals and especially loved her dogs. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and wife. Debra will be missed by those that knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Patrick Elsner of San Antonio, sons Jason (and April Owen) Elsner of Nacogdoches, Michael (and wife Tammy) Milner of San Antonio, and Brian (and wife Kayla) Milner of San Antonio; and, daughter Kelly (and husband Chris ) Meza of Kyle, Texas. Debra is also survived by her grandchildren: Emily, Ethan, Grayson, Kateland, and Aislen.
