Services are pending for Mr. Tindell. David Perry Tindell, 78, of Wells, Texas died Tuesday May 3rd, 2022 in Tyler, Texas. He was born October 3rd, 1943 in Lorena, Texas to Frank and Myra Warren Tindell. He went to Lorena High School as well as Temple Junior College. He was a U.S. Veteran having served in the Army in Vietnam. He lived in Wells for many years and was a Methodist. He worked at East Texas Electronics for many years. He also loved bass fishing. Mr. Tindell is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Norman "Pete" Tindell and sister Dathene Crump.

He is survived by his wife Stella Greene Tindell of Wells, Tx;  daughters and sons-in-law Amy (Keith) Shepherd of Star City, Arkansas, Angie (Nick) Harris of Waukesha, WI; sons and daughters-in-law Donnie (Amber) Greene of Krum, James Greene of Sanger and Richard (Debra) Greene of Rhome, sisters and brother-in-law Edith (Bobby) Medder of Lorena, and Martha Tindell of Lorena, along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
