Darla Lynn Thorn Foreman O.T. Allen & Son F.H. - Alto, Tx Alto - Funeral services for Darla Lynn Thorn Foreman, 62, of Rusk will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 27th, 2016 at the O.T. Allen & Son Chapel in Alto with Bro. Paul Gates officiating. Mrs. Foreman passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 in Tyler. She was born November 24th, 1953 in Houston, Texas to Victor Thorn & Viola Newcomer Thorn. She had lived most of her life in Alto and Rusk and was a homemaker and C.N.A. She had been a member of the Eastside Baptist Church and had also attended the Oakland Baptist Church. Darla was a loving and generous person who "never met a stranger." She was preceded in death by her parents, brother David Thorn, sisters Diane Thorn and Bobbie Wilcox, daughters Katrina Renee Foreman and Diana Lynn Foreman and granddaughter Katrina Louise Foreman. Left to cherish her memories are son Roy Wayne Foreman Jr. (Amber) of Rusk, daughters Starla Gail Goodwin (Patrick) of Jacksonville Robin Chappell (Michael) of Rusk and Lydia Wallace of Rusk. Grandchildren are Stormy Stevenson (Frankie ), Savannah Goodwin (Todd Owens), Ashley Goodwin, Tabitha Gaskin (Dusty), Stacie Hassell (Craig Meek), Roy Wayne Foreman III, Madison Foreman, David Plata, Matthew Plata, Wendy Wallace, Billy Wallace, Stormie Ross, Justin Ross and Marie Ross and great grandchildren Cayden Wayne Hayes-Goodwin, Olivia Faith Meek and McKenzie Marie Owens. Pallbearers were Shane Foreman, Joey Foreman, John Carpenter, Mickey Foreman, Howie Foreman and Darrell Thorn.
