Daphna Burch, 81, of Nacogdoches died Friday November 17th in Nacogdoches, Texas. She was born January 3rd, 1936 in Big Sandy, Texas to William W. and Prebble Stockman Herndon. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond P. Burch, sons, Wesley R. Burch, Johnathan D. Burch, daughter Peggy L. Burch, and a younger sibling. She was a Jehovah Witness, she enjoyed reading, puzzles, and spending time with family.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Dale and Kathy Burch of Jacksonville, Texas; daughter Teri Burch of Nacogdoches, Texas; brother Colvin Herndon; sisters Sandra Hicks, June Tilley, and Kay Aho; 10 grandchildren; and a multitude of great grandchildren nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service later. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Willowbrook Nursing Home activities department.
