A memorial service will be held Wednesday October 24th at 2pm at the Dickie Allen Funeral Chapel with Bro Robert Sitton officiating. No visitation is scheduled. Danny Keith Mixon, 64, of Cushing, Texas died Sunday, October 21st, 2018 in Cushing. He was born May 23rd, 1954 in Baytown, Texas to Emory Keith Mixon and Janice Birdwell Wall. He graduated high school from Cushing, Texas and went on to live and work in LaPorte, Texas before returning to Cushing several years ago.  He is preceded in death by his Sister Linda Buckley. He is survived by his mother and step father Janice and Kenny Wall of Dickinson, Texas; daughter Angela Mixon of Cushing, Texas; sister and brother-in-law Gina and Johnny Peterson of Monroe, La; and nieces and nephews Tisha Herndon, Ryan Sitton, Kali Eddy, Brandon Moton, and Trenton Rogers.
