Graveside services for Claude Hubert Davis will be 1 PM Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at McKnight Cemetery in Cushing. Claude Davis passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021 in Katy, Texas. Mr. Davis was born March 18, 1928 in Cameron, Texas to Jesse Lee and Bonnie Mae Davis. He served his country by enlisting into the United States Navy. Later in life he worked as an oil field superintendent working all over Texas. He was a passionate outdoorsman. He could be found gardening, working on his cattle ranch, or bee-keeping. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bridgett Ann Davis, his parents, his son Edward Nathan Davis and a granddaughter. He is survived by his sons, Claude "Pete" Davis, Jr., of Montgomery, Texas, Claude Davis, III of Houston; daughters Dorthea White of Melbourne, Florida, Joyce Davis of Lufkin, Claudia Davis of the Netherlands, and Cindy Davis of Boulder, Colorado. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Brandy Fox, Niesey Suggs, Michael Sean Davis, Aiden and Ethan Michielsen, Christian Morgan, Ashton and Axel Davis, and Michael and Jason Davis; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will include Pete Davis, Jason Davis Claude Davis, III and the grandsons.
