Charles Edward "Ed" Williamson Jr. was born in a clinic in downtown Cushing, Tx., on January 28th, 1957 to Charles and Montez Williamson. Charles worked on road construction which led the family on adventures until they returned to make their home in Cushing. Ed graduated from Cushing High school in1975 and met his wife Lee Ann while there. They married on February 14th, 1976 and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year on Valentines Day. Ed chose this date so he could remember it and he said he only had to buy one gift for their Valenversary. They have two children, Jeremiah and Samantha. Ed's vocation included 7 years at NIBCO on assembly line working alongside his mother-in-law Jean Lloyd. He was called to the ministry for the Lord in 1979 and was his faithful servant, he started as a deacon of Bethany Baptist and then became the Pastor around 1980. He preached there for 35 years. He was bi-vocational and worked as an Administrator for 40 plus years. He started working with his aunt at Cushing Assisted Living and then moved to Westridge Manor for 18 years until moving to a few other homes like Senior Care of Jacksonville before becoming RVP then Data Analyst for Focused Post Acute Care Partners overseeing the data for over 30 buildings. During COVID this allowed him to work from home and he learned the zoom system. He was very dedicated and ran his homes like a true leader and he always loved his caring nurses. He was loved and respected by more people than he ever knew. He retired in 2023 to enjoy going on Alaskan cruises, mowing at Atoy Church, his mom's yard and the HOA approved yard in Sacul. He loved his wife and kids and all of his family, sleeping late, and his game shows/K dramas. He was the best dad, husband, son, brother, son in law, Administrator and Preacher. He loved his dad jokes and cutting up with everyone and will be missed by us all.

He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Montez, his sister Lana Kay and brother Jay. Grandparents Anna Belle and Jesse Williamson and Zoie and Wilmer Collier.
