August 2, 1957 – September 8, 2018
Funeral service for Bobby Glynn Womack, 61, of L.A. will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 11:00 at the O.T. Allen and Son chapel in Alto, Tx with Pastor Cary Modisett officiating, interment will follow in Weches Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service on Saturday.
Mr. Womack was born August 2,1957, in Rusk, Tx and passed Friday, Spetember,8,2018, after a long illness in L.A.
Mr. Womack lived in Weches all his childhood years and his adult years he lived in L.A. He worked in the auto body repair business when he became totally disabled due to a car accident. Bobby lived for the last thirty-five years under the loving care of Will Holcomb, JR., his first cousin whom he loved as a brother. He never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him. Bobby was a joker to the end and loved making people laugh. He loved the Lord with all his heart and loved telling others about what God had done for him.
Survivors include his mother, Louise Womack, Havard, Father, Raymond Havard, sister Kathy Womack Smith and husband Kip Smith, Joan Havard (Wars) and husband Mike Bybee. First cousins, but raised as brother and sister are Will J.R., Chock, Tony, and Mary Holcomb all of L.A. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Womack was preceded in death by his loving grandparents John Robert and Fannie May Womack and Nelson and Stella Haygood Havard. Aunt and Uncle Martha and Willie Holcomb and John Howard and Louise Womack
