Cushing- Funeral services for Bobbie Sue Miller, 81, of Reklaw will be Thursday June 7th, at 10am at the Reklaw Baptist Church with Bro. Jerry Bennett and Bro. Jerry Walles Officiating. Interment will follow at Walkers Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday June 6thfrom 6-8pm at the funeral home in Cushing. Mrs. Miller will also receive the Eastern Star burial rites.
Mrs. Miller died Tuesday June 5that home in Reklaw, Texas. She was born September 17th, 1936 in Navarro County Texas to Robert "Bob" and Susie Benefield. Mrs. Miller was a member of the Reklaw Baptist Church. She also was past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star of Cushing, Texas #368 and Past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star of Laneville, Texas #944. Mrs. Miller was a retiree of Rusk State Hospital.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by mother Susie Benefield, Husband Johnnie J. Miller, Sr. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Connie White and Husband Kim Bargsley of Lake Striker, Texas; son and daughter-in-law Johnnie and Tina Miller of Reklaw, Texas; sister-in-law Mertie Mae and Calvin Fletcher of Brazoria, Texas; grandchildren Travis White; William White, Connie Abney, Aaron Cheadle, Megan Miller Elam, Michael Cheadle, Matthew Miller, Ashley Cheadle, Michael Miller, Molly Strube, Jackie Cheadle Moore, Candice Cheadle, Morgan Miller, Nicole Miller, Rachel Miller, Nicole Akard, and Jessica Milstead; a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews
Pallbearers will be Travis White, Matthew Miller, Michael Miller, Morgan Miller, Cody Strube, and Michael Hopson; Honorary Pallbearers will be M.H. Hopson, Richard Martin, William "Bo" Anthony, and special friends Minnie Turner and Debbie Wiggins. She will be remembered as beloved Matriarch of grand family. She was loved and respected by all who knew her.
