Graveside services for Bill Luce, 83, of Wells will be Saturday, September 21, at 10 AM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wells. No visitation is scheduled. Mr. Luce died Wednesday, September 18, in Jacksonville. He was born August 9, 1936 in Wells, Texas to Joe P. Luce and Lizzie Hannah Luce. He lived in Wells most of his life and had attended Calvary Baptist Church. Bill was preceded in death by 7 siblings Claude Luce, Ray Luce, Ruby Woods, Joe "Shorty" Luce, Hazel Wagnone, Guy "Scoot" Luce and Herman "Doc" Luce. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
