Betty Jane Wallace, age 71, died Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Betty was born August 31, 1950 to parents Robert and Joy Everitt of Nacogdoches, Tx. Betty lived in Nacogdoches County her entire life. She spent most of her adult life working in public education. She was a paraprofessional for both Cushing ISD and most recently Central Heights ISD. Betty was a longtime member of Bethany Baptist Church in Cushing. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Danny Wallace, son Danny Joe Wallace, and her parents Robert and Joy Everitt. Those left to cherish her memory are daughters Michelle Cook and husband Weldon, Mindy Wallace and husband Greg, son William Wallace and wife Jana, daughter-in-law Mary Kimbrough and husband Jared. Grandchildren, Collin Wallace and wife Brittany, Blake Wallace and wife Katelyn, Hailey Wallace, Hannah Wallace and fiance Nick Reeves, Megan Wallace, Matthew Wallace and wife Allison, Alyssa Wallace, Christina Wallace, Brylee Wallace, Thomas Wallace and James Cook, great-granddaughters Evelyn and Emerson, brothers Buddy Everitt and wife Diane, Jimmy Everitt and wife Wanda along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation for Betty Wallace will be Sunday, September 5 from 2-4 pm at Allen Funeral Home in Cushing. Funeral service will follow at 4pm with Bro. Ed Williamson and Bro. Kevin Doss officiating.
