Funeral service for David Martin, 82, of Dialville will be Tuesday, January 18,at 11 AM at the O.T. Allen & Son Funeral Chapel in Alto with Bro. William Lee Martin officiating. There will be a visitation from 10-11 AM before the service. Burial will follow in the Old Palestine Cemetery. David passed away  Friday, January 14, in Tyler. He was born November 22, 1939 in Leesburg, Texas to Darrell Lee Martin and Audie Lee Qualls Martin. Mr. Martin had lived in Dialville for 36 years and had lived in Ft. Worth before that. He had worked for 46 years as a truck driver, the last several years for M & H Crates in Dialville. David loved fishing and enjoyed bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Donia Goodman Martin, brother Leon Martin and sister Barbara Thomas. David is survived by sons David Martin (Mitzi) of Sanger, Skeeter Martin of Benbrook and William Martin (Michele) of Newark, daughter Claudia Martin of Dialville, sister Sue Cudd of Ft. Worth, Donnis Martin of Florida, 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Dewayne Trevino, Mathew Trevino, Ashton Trevino, Jacob Martin, Brandon Goodman and Robbie Goodman.
