Cushing – Funeral services for Anniebell W. Polk, 56, of Cushing, Texas will be Monday August 13that 10am at the Dickie Allen funeral home chapel. Visitation will be Sunday August 12th from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Polk died Friday August 10thin Nacogdoches. She was born May 9th, 1962 in Houston, Texas to Charlie Nelson and Josiebell Wood. She is preceded in death by her parents a brother and two sisters. Mrs. Polk was a lifelong resident of Cushing and attended Shady Grove Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband C.S. Polk; Son and Daughter-in-law Jason and Denese Polk; Daughter and Son-in-law Josie and Brandon Rushing; brothers Ricky Cleveland, Johnny Mitchell, Jr., and Robert Mitchell, Jr.; sisters Rosemary Thompson, Mary Ann Mallard, Suzanne Mitchell, Annette Roberts, Lula Mae Sessions and Celestine Richardson; grandson Braeden
