Private memorial services for Alicia Felan Libby, 67, of Alto are pending. Mrs. Libby passed away Monday, May 11 in Alto. She was born June 4, 1952 in Robstown, Texas to Catarino Felan and Emma Duque Felan. Alicia had lived in Alto for 24 years and was retired from Continental Airlines where she had worked as an interpreter. She attended the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rusk. Alicia was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Ernesto Felan. Survivors include husband Russell L. Libby, sons Ramiro, Jorge and Oscar, daughters Patricia and Ashley , brother Catarino Felan II, grandchildren Kenzi, Max, Oscar, Aiden, Camryn, Colten, Gabrielle, Cedric and Quenton II and 2 great grandchildren.
