Allen & Son Funeral Home- Alto, Texas- (936)858-4111 Douglass -Memorial services for Alan David Schwiem, 61, of Douglass will be Sunday April 3rd, at 2PM at the Alazan Congregational Methodist Church with Pastor Robbyn Hunt officiating. Mr. Schwiem died March 31st in Alto. He was born March 29th, 1955 in Houston, Texas to Fred C. Schwiem and Genevieve Simpson Schwiem. He had lived most of his life in Douglass and was a dairy farmer. He had also worked in construction and was Christian. Mr. Schwiem was preceded in death by his parents, by brother James C. Schwiem, brother-in-law Melvin Bobo and nephew David Alan Bobo. He is survived by wife Scarlet Schwiem of Douglass, Daughters and Sons-in-law Aimee Rowlett (Stephen) of Meeker, Colorado, Emily Schwiem of Frisco, Texas, Hilary Graham (Jace) of Dallas, Texas and Allison Bennefield (AJ) of Lufkin, Texas, son and daughter-in-law Ricky Johnson Jr. (Alivia) of Paden City, West Virginia, sister Diane Bobo of Douglass, Texas, 15 grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren and a special friend Steve Kelley of Douglass.
